STORE POLICIES

Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product or it is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. You may return unopened, unused merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us for complete instructions and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), by emailing us at customerservice@mysoggydoggy.com. Please be sure to write the word "Return" in the subject line for efficient handling.

Payment
All orders must be prepaid via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or check.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping rates calculations are based on size and weight of package and shipping destination. Unless otherwise stated, purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.

Backorders
If a product is going to be backordered for more than one week, we will notify you to discuss the preferred handling of your order.
